Afi Partner Program¶
Afi SaaS Backup has the partner program for managed service providers (MSPs) and resellers, offering a centralized customer management portal, advanced administration, monitoring and security features, as well as special reseller pricing. To gain access to the partner program, please sign up at https://afi.ai/partners and go through (a very short) verification process.
Afi partner portal provides single pane of glass experience of managing all your customer accounts and workloads (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Kubernetes) in the single UI without the need to constantly switch between different customer admininstrator accounts. Advanced access management capabilities allow to granularly configure partner administrator access groups with custom privelege levels tailored to their roles (e.g., billing management, monitoring) and restrict administrator access scope to specific customer accounts.
Afi is committed to successful collaboration with our partners and provides regular training sessions and materials to ensure that your team stays up to date with the service and fully benefits from new features. Our account management team offers sales support to assist with acquiring new clients and will be happy to participate in Q&A sessions or arrange a demo/POC for a client.
Afi adopts a post-paid monthly billing model for our partners with a single consolidated invoice sent at the end of each month. Invoices are accompanied by detailed reports that provide a per-customer usage summary and allow to track license dynamics during the billing period. There is no minimal commitment to join the Afi partner program, and Afi doesn't force partners to sign multi-year agreements so any customer subscription can be canceled at any time.
As a SaaS backup solution, Afi takes a proactive approach to service reliability and resiliency by continuously monitoring service health and activities (e.g., backups, restores). Any issues detected by Afi’s monitoring are proactively investigated and resolved, in most cases before partner administrators even notice or report them. Afi is resilient to Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 API errors and temporary throttling spikes, relieving Afi account administrators from the burden of constantly monitoring the service or investigating transient backup issues. Additionally, Afi provides 24/7 technical support for assistance with everything from technical configurations and product inquiries to reporting service issues.
